We have exclusive kits available for you for the upcoming Knitting from the Tea Pot Knit A Long. The Bloom Vest Kit comes in five different colour ways, making the best of the unique stranded gradient design. The Vest is stunning and a joy to create. We love the way that Camilla has developed a truly beautiful design, using a unique combination of yarns and colour. To get the best of this pattern design you have to use the yarn the pattern calls. Isager Eco Baby DK is a chainlette style yarn, which blends organic cotton and organic alpaca together. The Isager Silk Mohair is simply one of the best silk mohair yarns available, the vibrancy of colours adds to the unique colour gradient called for in the pattern. Putting the four strands of Eco Baby and Silk Mohair together creates a very squishy, soft and luxurious fabric. You will not be disappointed with the result. You will be using Size 7mm needles for the body and 6mm needles for the armholes. For the Embroidered Circles we have put together a unique collection of threads for you to use.
During the Knit a Long you will be introduced to a variety of new knitting techniques; and see for yourself just why Camilla Vad is such an amazing hand knit wear designer. The Kits come in five different colour ways and in three sizes, it is designed to be loose and baggy. I am a UK size 14/16 with a 34in bra size and I knitted the M/L size.
The Bloom Vest has the following sizes
Size 1, which is XS/S fits body width 100cm
Size 2, which is M/L fits body width 115cm
Size 3, which is XL/2XL fits body width 130cm
