Higham Shawl by The Fibre Co
part of the Fell Garth II Collection, designed by Marcela Chang, knitted in Cumbria Fingering
This large triangular shawl is worked from the bottom up. The piece starts with the lace border before moving onto the striped body.
GARMENT MEASUREMENTS:
170cm (67 in) wingspan along top edge and 76cm (30 in) depth.
YARN Needed to complete this project:
The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering (60% merino wool, 30% masham wool, 10% mohair, 300 m (328 yd) per 100g hank) in Purple Moor Grass– 2 hanks and Castlerigg – 1 hank.
NEEDLES:
3.5mm (US 4) 80 cm (32 in) circular needle.
