Neotsu Sweater Pattern by Shellie Anderson

Neotsu Sweater is designed by Shellie using Pascuali Balayage.  The Colour Bock effect of the pattern really highlights how stunning the yarn is.  The sweater is a bottom up, pieced and seamed garment.  Shellie has incorporated techniques such as a three-needle cast off, intarsia and short row shaping.
