West Yorkshire Spinners have produced one of the loveliest aran weight yarns, The Croft. The Aran is spun in a Shetland Tweed style produced from 100% Shetland Island Wool.
It has taken some time for WY Spinners to have the opportunity to work with Shetland Island Wool, a fibre known for its fineness, warmth and strength. Proudly, West Yorkshire Spinners are now working with Jamieson & Smith of Shetland, using their fantastic fleece to create The Croft.
The Croft has a soft and silky and wonderful to knit with. An ideal yarn for winter and autumn knits.
