ARROWS SUMMER BLOUSE

Ase Lund Jensen designed an ever so adorable ARROW blouse top, which is perfect for the summer weather.  The sweater is designed using Isager 1 ply Spinni.  The version show is in colour no 61s.  The top is knittied bottom up and then knitted in the round until the divide for the armholes.  The clever design hides the clever decreases needed for the raglan shaping in the eyelet lace pattern.  

The pattern was originally produced in the 1970s and then revamped for the Isager publication ÅLJ celebrating the life and work of textile pioneer and hand knit Designer Ase Lund Jensen.  To learn more about Åse head over to Isager's website.

You could also use Isager for this top as well. 

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The top is knittied bottom up and then knitted in the round until the divide for the armholes.  You will knit the blouse using an eyelet lace pattern using just one strand of yarn.   

GAUGE

Knitting 17 stitches with one strand of Spinni on size 3.5mm needle will give you a 10 cm square.

TOOLS ETC

You will need a 3 & 3.5mm needle, row counter and stitch markers.
