We are so proud to stock this special yarn. This Shetland wool comes in a stunning 92 shade colour palette. We have steadily over the years added to our colour range, and will continue to do so. The 2ply Sweater weight the we stock is 100% Shetland wool, and is used primary for knitting of Fair Isle style garments, but as we have found it is a very versatile yarn.
The yarn creates a gorgeous heather/tweed effect fabric. Checkout our pattern range both Kate Davies and Outi Kater, who both use the yarn for their designs.
The yarn comes in 25 gram balls and each ball measures 125 meters. When knitted we recommend that hand wash is best for the garment.

Skein Weight: 25g
Gauge: 28 stitches will give you 10 cm on 3.5mm needles.
