One Of A Kind is recycled silk fibres from Sari production. Every ball is unique.

Where´s my Sari is 100% silk yarn is made from recycled silk fibres.

Because every skein is one of a kind, it is impossible to choose specific colours. So we have decide to separate the colours in 'mostly' pink, red, orange, purple or green way.  We will do our best to match it up for you.

Working with Sari Silk Yarn is always a joyful surprise – you never quite know what colours are hidden inside the skein until your project begins to take shape. If you’re familiar with the feeling of “just one more row,” this yarn will keep you hooked with its playful unpredictability.

In the weaving of traditional sarees in India, countless delicate silk threads are left behind on the looms. Instead of going to waste, these threads are gathered, hand-cleaned, and spun into new life using traditional tools such as the Takli (drop spindle) and the Charkha (spinning wheel). The result is a lively and sustainable yarn, rich in colour, character, and history.

Each ball of sari silk is 100g grams and has approximately 100 metres.
